I want to help you reach your fitness goals and also inspire you to get stronger in your faith.
But maybe you…
Find it difficult to stick with an exercise program or reach your fitness goals.
You need fun and effective workouts to help you stick to your goals. I’ve been in your shoes and decided to become a Zumba instructor because it’s so fun and doesn’t even feel like you’re working out! I offer various dance fitness workouts on my YouTube channel so you can reach your fitness goals right at home.
Are a stay-at-home mom who struggles to find time to workout since you can’t leave the house.
You need quick and effective workouts you can do at home so that you can regain your sanity! I offer quick workouts you can do right at home while the kiddos are taking a nap.
Are feeling distant from God or your faith walk has grown stagnant.
Trust me, I’ve been there before. I’ve gotten lost and struggled along my journey too. I hope to share inspirational quotes and reflections to help get you on the right path.
Are a Zumba instructor who really just wants to download some choreography notes.
That’s perfectly ok! I share my choreo notes so that other instructors can easily teach new songs in their classes all over the world.
Are a guy who wants to understand the inner workings of the feminine mind.
Hey man, if you get inspired to dance to Zumba in your living room, more power to ya, bro.
My Mission
“We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves.”Matthew Kelly
Sometimes living out your faith and striving for virtue in today’s culture can be a lonely road. It’s important to have people around you that are supporting you along this journey. I’ve felt out of place not only with my peers but also within my own family. Not everyone will agree with your faith or your standards and that’s ok. One of my favorite authors, Matthew Kelly, speaks on the importance of having the right community around you so that you can become all that God created you to be:
“The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either help us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great. We all need people in our lives who raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose, and challenge us to become the-best-version-of-ourselves.”
Think of me as a virtual friend who is on this journey with you and wants to see you be the very best version of yourself so you can live your life to its fullest potential. The truth is, I haven’t always put God first in my life. I have failed many times in keeping true to my faith and living it out fully. I’ve gone through the motions and have experienced trials and extreme heartache all because I thought I could figure things out on my own and I didn’t need God to be #1 in my life. Today, I can tell you with confidence that once you make God a priority and you fully trust in Him, life gets much easier and you begin to live out your purpose.
If I can help just one virtual friend grow in their faith or reach their fitness goals, all of this will be worth it. I have a voice in me head telling me I’m not Fit2WriteThisBlog. But guess what, I’m gonna do it anyway.
